The article starts with: "The vapor-liquid-solid method (VLS) is a mechanism for the growth of one-dimensional structures, such as nanowires, from chemical vapor deposition". It implies the term VLS only refers to structures grown by CVD, which is definitely wrong. You can grow nanowires or the like by VLS with PVD and MBE too, probably with even more methods. Someone feels like thinking about it for a moment and changing it?!--MarsmanRom (talk) 12:23, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request
