Possible conflict of interest

Because of the unwillingness of User:Kumpfj to give satisfying explanations for his massive deletions of sourced content (see e.g. [https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Vital_Voices&diff=347960272&oldid=347957435], [https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Vital_Voices&diff=347964052&oldid=347962150] and User talk:Kumpfj), the promotional, non-factual tone of his additions, and the fact the vitalvoices.org website lists a staff member with a very similar name, I have added a tag about possible conflict of interest editing to the article.

Please be aware that Wikipedia is not a free advertising space, have a look at Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations (especially the section "May I advertise my organization or its campaigns, products, services or leading individuals on Wikipedia?").

I have restored the sourced material from earlier versions. The picture was deleted because it does not accurately show the Vital Voices headquarters, but instead is a picture of the Air Line Pilots Association, International Building. Prior to deletion, the site had the same picture posted on two articles with different captions, each describing it as the headquarters of a different organization. The Air Line Pilots article correctly identifies the building.

Advert tag

Would there be any objections to removing the advert tag? I can see from the above discussion that there has been some COI editing in the past but I can't see anything obviously advertorial about the current version. January (talk) 12:53, 6 April 2012 (UTC)
