I don't see how he meets WP:GNG; as a professor, does not meet WP:NACADEMIC; and as a conductor, he does not meet WP:MUSICBIO.

Notability
I PRODded this yesterday, as I see no claims of notability (noted in the template above). It was reverted today by {{u|Andrew Davidson}}, but with no substantive reason given. Andrew Davidson, can you explain why you think Hilgers meets notability (whether under WP:NACADEMIC, WP:MUSICBIO, or something else entirely)? If there's a good claim to notability I'm missing, I don't want to take it to AFD (and it would be worth including in the article, too). TJRC (talk) 18:34, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
