Rename: Weyburn, Saskatchewan → Weyburn

Per WP:CANSTYLE and WP:PRIMARYUSAGE, this town should have an article at the undisambiguated name (see also WP:CANCITY). An internet search which excludes Wikipedia mirrors and "Saskatchewan" still [http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=-wikipedia+weyburn+-%22saskatchewan%22 produces results] exclusively related to it. Someone noticed similarity of wording between the Wikipedia article and [http://www.weyburn.net/welcome.html Weyburn.net]

However, the wording was added to Wikipedia in 2007.

The Weyburn.net specifically credits Wikipedia, and did not have the wording in [http://web.archive.org/web/20081006004709/http://www.weyburn.net/welcome.html 2008]
