Removed "Memberships" and "Bibliography"
I removed the "Memberships" and "Bibliography" sections for a couple of reasons.
- They seemed very long and almost too detailed.
- They were, as far as I can tell, copied from [http://www.christendom.edu/academics/prof%20pages/marshner.shtml here], and I'm under the impression this constitutes a copyright problem.
If other editors disagree with me, feel free to revert me or otherwise add the information back in. -Wayne Miller 17:48, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
