Tamasio ({{langx|el|Ταμάσιο}}) is a former municipality in the Karditsa regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. The seat of the municipality was in Leontari. The municipality was named after Mount Tamassion (Tamasion was also the old name of the village of Anavra).
