Tandinsky District ({{langx|ru|Танди́нский кожуун}}; {{langx|tyv|Таңды кожуун}}, Tañdı kojuun) is an administrativeResolution #1648 ZP-1 and municipalLaw #268 VKh-1 district (raion, or kozhuun), one of the seventeen in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the center of the republic. The area of the district is {{convert|5091.70|km2|sp=us}}. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Bay-Khaak. Population: {{ru-census2010|12,891|;}} 13,827 (2002 Census);{{ru-pop-ref|2002Census}} {{su-census1989|23,653|.}} The population of Bay-Khaak accounts for 23.1% of the district's total population.
