Tartu railway station ({{langx|et|Tartu raudteejaam}}) is the main railway station in Tartu, Estonia.

Tartu railway station is situated west of the centre Tartu. It was established in 1876 when Tapa–Tartu route was built.{{cite web|title=A short overview of the history of Tartu|url=http://www.visittartu.com/11387|publisher=Visittartu.com|accessdate=18 September 2010}} The station building was opened in 1877.
