Tasnim Nazeer is a British journalist, author and Universal Peace Federation Ambassador for Peace {{Cite web|url=http://www.sundaytimes.lk/130721/plus/a-writer-for-the-people-53557.html|title=A writer for the people|website=sundaytimes.lk|access-date=23 June 2017}} Nazeer became Scotland's first hijab-wearing freelance TV reporter in July 2020.

Education and career
Nazeer studied Journalism in 2007 at the University of the Arts London, has an Open University BA Honours degree in English Language and Literature.{{Citation|last=Cape|first=The Voice of the|title=Dynamic personality: Tasnim Nazeer|url=https://www.iono.fm/e/68843|accessdate=23 June 2017}} and a master's degree in International Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University.
