Taylor C. Wallace is an American food and nutrition scientist and media personality.{{Cite web|title=Taylor C. And Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Career

In 2011, Wallace was appointed senior director of scientific and regulatory affairs at the Council for Responsible Nutrition, succeeding Andrew Shao.
