Telgate (Bergamasque: {{lang|lmo|Telgàt}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about {{convert|60|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} southeast of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,598 and an area of {{convert|8.1|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.

Telgate borders the following municipalities: Bolgare, Chiuduno, Grumello del Monte, Palazzolo sull'Oglio, Palosco.
