- The sound of the affricates {{IPA|/ts, tsʰ, dz/}} are frequently close to interdental affricate sounds {{IPA|[tθ, tθʰ, dð]}}.
- The pronunciation of {{IPA|/j/}} can sometimes be close to an alveolo-palatal sound {{IPA|[ʑ]}}, but not as fully articulated.
