The original source is archived [https://web.archive.org/web/20070915034238/http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/crime/article2820965.ece here], and should be linked (and referenced) as such. Second, saying he "only" lived in two rooms is too strong. The source says "Dale lived mainly in the kitchen, sleeping upstairs in a four-poster bed. The rest of the house was half-empty".
