This template is for when a new user has been adopted by an experienced editor. It will automatically add them to :Category:Wikipedians adopted in Adopt-a-user.

This template is used for the user adoption process. When this template is added to the adoptee's user page, be sure to put a corresponding {{tl2|Adopter|adoptee's name}} on the adopter's user page.
