Usage:

:{{subst:uw-v2-h|Article}} references a specific article

:{{subst:uw-v2-h|Article|Additional text}} adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"

• This template generates a new section named with current month and current year and then adds a vandalism warning identical to the {{Uw-vandalism2}} template. See Template:Uw-vandalism2 for more information.
• In order for the section title to be generated properly, this template must be substituted using "subst:".
