According to this [https://forbesbulgaria.com/2025/01/06/osobenosti-na-muzikalnite-predpochitaniya-v-balgariya-oflajn-i-ako-mozhe-za-bez-pari/ Forbes Bulgaria article], the certification levels for Bulgaria according to Bulgarian Association of Music Producers are the following: 1,000 (Gold) and 2,000 (Platinum). These numbers are based exclusively on digital and physical data, and do not include streaming data. There are some certifications released by BAMP online (two are mentioned in the article), so I suggest to add "Bulgaria" as a valid parameter in the template. :::@France3c0 The purpose of this template is to automate the use of {{tl|cite certification}}, which provides the citation, while also adding award thresholds. Without a database to cite, there's nothing to automate. Besides, I’m not adding code that will be used only ten times—several hundred uses should be the minimum. Considering BRMA's [https://web.archive.org/web/20080802014430/http://www.belgianentertainment.be/index.php/fr/muziek_dossiers/ original website] does not make any distinction between albums and singles, I believe these are the missing thresholds for October 2008 onwards:

• Gold: 15,000 (international) and 10,000 (national).
• Platinum: 30,000 (international) and 20,000 (national).

The consensus is that the source you cited pertains to albums, as it explicitly states "ventes d’un album". You can see what the BEA article says about singles here—this is also the basis for the current template.
I believe the issue is that the certification levels appear to have changed sometime between [https://web.archive.org/web/20190412110945/https://www.ifpi.org/content/library/Certification%20Awards%20Full%20List%20-%20OCTOBER%2007.pdf this document] and [https://web.archive.org/web/20090617083405/http://www.ifpi.org:80/content/library/certification-award-levels.pdf this one], but the exact date is unknown.

I was wondering if the polish certification from ZPAV go by certyear or by relyear. I always thought that they always go by certyear, but for albums that doesn't make sense according to the newest update.

The album "Dotyk" by Edyta Górniak was released in 1995 and certified 4x platinum in September 1997 for either 400k (by certyear), or 800k (by relyear), both for domestic repertoir.

It has been re-certified in May 2025 for Diamond, which would be only 150k by certyear, so it has to be relyear for 1M.

I'm looking for the source, that states that relyear is applicable and until when. In the article Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry there's the following paragraph:

Domestic repertoire requirements were set to 15,000/30,000/150,000 and foreign repertoire were set to 10,000/20,000/100,000. But it only states the two threshold at this specific moment in 2005. Does this automatically mean that before July 2005, every cert was by relyear?
