Where, exactly, is this template supposed to be placed?
The doc gives conflicting advice on template placement. First it says "{{tq|For placement at the bottom of article talk pages of articles that are being worked on...}}" while later it says "{{tq|For placement in the header section of article talk pages of articles that are being worked on by...}}" Talk pages are already confusing enough for inexperienced editors as it is.
