Change:

|QUALITY_SCALE = extended

to:

|QUALITY_SCALE = subpage

in order to make use of the {{tl|WikiProject Libraries/class}} subpage, which enables the redirect class.

B: Physical library articles on wikipedia. For example: The London Library, or The system of Harvard Library, or articles on municipal libraries throughout the world?

I was thinking an all encompassing "Wiki Loves Libraries" which covers library buildings, and the research contents within or about them (also referred to as 'libraries' of information.)
