Terry Lane Felton (born October 29, 1957) is a former pitcher for the Minnesota Twins. Felton was also the Minor League Baseball record holder for the most career wins (33) with the Toledo Mud Hens, until broken by Shane Loux in 2004.{{rp|33}}

He made minor headlines in July 2004, when his two-year-old daughter was attacked by the family Rottweiler. Felton shot and killed the dog.
