Career
Thale Deila started playing handball at Reistad IL together with her twin sister, Live Deila.

In 2021 she joined league rivals Molde HK. Thale Deila played 34 junior national team matches, scoring 110 goals.

She debuted for the senior team in April 2022. The same year she won the European Championship.
