Tharp House is a historic home located near Farmington, Kent County, Delaware; it was the home of Delaware Governor William Tharp (1803–1865).{{cite book|author=Federal Writers' Project|title=The Ocean Highway: New Brunswick, New Jersey to Jacksonville, Florida |url=https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015064565875;view=1up;seq=83|year=1938|publisher=Works Progress Administration|page=37}} It is a {{frac|2|1|2}}-story, four-bay frame structure, with a three-bay brick rear portion.
