Themar ({{IPA|de|ˈteːmaʁ|lang|De-Themar.ogg}}) is a town in the district of Hildburghausen, in Thuringia, Germany. It is situated on the river Werra, 11 km northwest of Hildburghausen, and 14 km southwest of Suhl.
