Theo Grant (born October 31, 2000) is a Canadian professional football offensive lineman for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL).

University career

Grant played U Sports football for the Queen's Gaels from 2019 to 2023.{{cite web|url=https://gogaelsgo.com/sports/football/roster/theo-grant/12252 |title=Theo Grant |publisher=Queen's Gaels |access-date=October 16, 2024}} He did not play in 2020 due to the cancellation of the 2020 U Sports football season.

Professional career
