Biography
In March 2016, Theodoridis was appointed interim general secretary of UEFA, as a replacement for Gianni Infantino.{{cite web|url=https://www.reuters.com/article/us-soccer-uefa-idUSKCN0W61VS|title=UEFA names Theodoridis as interim replacement for Infantino|publisher=Reuters|date=4 March 2016|access-date=19 November 2016}} This became permanent that September, when current president Aleksander Čeferin was elected.
