Thornton & Ross is a pharmaceutical company based in Linthwaite, Huddersfield founded in 1922 by Nathan Thornton and Phillip Ross.

It is the producer of Covonia cough medicine, Zoflora disinfectant, Hedrin head lice treatment, and the Care range of medicines.
