Timothy Mark Lang (born January 1948) is Emeritus professor of food policy at City University London's{{Cite web|url=https://www.bbc.com/news/business-52020648|title=How are food supply networks coping with coronavirus?|first=Jonty|last=Bloom|date=March 26, 2020|via=www.bbc.co.uk}} Centre for Food Policy since 2002.
