GDPR concerns
In december 2024, French CNIL, the ruling French authority on data protection, fined a real estate company 40000EUR for using Time Doctor. The CNIL has ruled that the use of Time Doctor constitutes excessive surveillance. The decision remained anonymous and the fine relatively limited due to the size of the company using Time Doctor. https://www.cnil.fr/fr/surveillance-excessive-des-salaries-sanction-de-40-000-euros-entreprise-secteur-immobilier
