Timothy Grubb (30 May 1954 – 11 May 2010) was a British show jumping champion. Early life

He was born in Grantham, living in Bitchfield,Grantham Journal Friday 11 June 1965, page 11 the son of John Grubb.Vale of Belvoir Gazette Friday 7 February 1969, page 2 In 1966 he moved to Garthorpe, Leicestershire.Grantham Journal Friday 20 May 1966 He attended the former independent Priory College and High School in Stamford, with sister Elaine, where he competed in athletics, the 220 yards and long jump.

Personal life

He married Michele McEvoy in December 1978Birmingham Daily Post Tuesday 24 April 1979 and they had a boy and a girl. They later divorced. From Stathern, he moved to the US in 1982.Grantham Journal Friday 4 November 1983, page 8
