Titus is a monotypic genus of East African ground spiders containing the single species, Titus lugens. It was first described by O. Pickard-Cambridge in 1901,{{cite journal|last=Pickard-Cambridge|first=O.|year=1901|title=On some new and interesting exotic spiders collected by Messrs G. A. K. Marshall and R.
