Tobias "Tobi" Delbrück (often written Delbruck) (born 1960, Pasadena, California)[http://www.master-robotics.ethz.ch/people/person-detail.html?persid=92134 Faculty page] at ETH Zürich is an American neuromorphic engineer at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Family and education
