Toby Barker (born December 31, 1981) is an American politician and the current Mayor of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. In 2007, he was elected a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 102nd District. Barker is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (2004) and a Master of Science degree in Economic Development (2006). He also holds a Master of Healthcare Leadership degree from Brown University (2015).
