Toby Helm

Toby Helm is a British journalist, and the political editor of The Observer.{{cite web |title=UK journalists on Twitter |url=https://www.journalism.co.uk/prof/profile/Toby_Helm/376?chunk=11 |website=www.journalism.co.uk |access-date=6 April 2020}} He joined The Daily Telegraph in 1991 as an editor, and became Brussels correspondent in 1996.
