Todber is a village and civil parish in the county of Dorset in southern England. It lies in the Blackmore Vale, about {{convert|5|mi|km|abbr=off|spell=on|0}} southwest of Shaftesbury. In 1086 Todber was recorded in the Domesday Book as Todeberie;{{cite web |url=http://www.domesdaybook.co.uk/dorset3.html |title=Dorset S-Z |work=The Domesday Book Online |publisher=domesdaybook.co.uk |accessdate=7 February 2015}} it was in the hundred of Gillingham, the lord was Geoffrey Mallory and the tenant-in-chief was William of Mohun.
