Tomáš Čvančara (born 13 August 2000) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach and the Czech Republic national team.

On 11 March 2018, Čvančara debuted for Jablonec as a starter against Baník Ostrava in a 2:0 victory.{{Citation needed|date=April 2024}}
