Thomas Howard Toms (born October 15, 1951) is an American former professional baseball player. He was a relief pitcher who played from {{Baseball year|1975}} through {{Baseball year|1977}} in Major League Baseball. Listed at {{height|ft=6|in=4}}, {{convert|195|lb}}, Toms batted and threw right-handed. Toms played with the San Francisco Giants in parts of three seasons. Though he never won a game at the major league level, Toms did pick up one career save.
