The tower is located in the Campo Alegre neighbourhood of Panama City and it hosts three types of offices: one per floor with a total area of {{convert|1124|m2|sqft|sigfig=3|abbr=on}}, two per floor with {{convert|562|m2|sqft|sigfig=3|abbr=on}}, and four per floor with 202 or {{convert|360|m2|sqft|sigfig=3|abbr=on}}.
