Trade regulation

Trade regulation is a field of law, often bracketed with antitrust (as in the phrase “antitrust and trade regulation law”),The Florida State Bar, for example, classifies “antitrust and trade regulation law” as one of the areas of legal practice in which board certification is available, which permits certified attorneys to advertise themselves as specialists or experts.
