Tramazoline is a chemical that is used in the form of tramazoline hydrochloride in nasal decongestant preparations.{{cite web| author= |title=Spray-Tish Consumer Information|url=http://www.mydr.com.au/medicines/cmis/spray-tish-nasal-spray |website= MyDr.com.au|accessdate=16 April 2011}} It is an α-adrenergic receptor agonist that inhibits secretion of nasal mucus.
