Tresivio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|100|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|6|km|mi|0}} east of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,000 and an area of {{convert|15.0|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.

The municipality of Tresivio contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Acqua and Centro.

Tresivio borders the following municipalities: Montagna in Valtellina, Piateda, Poggiridenti, Ponte in Valtellina.

Tresivio hosts a Roman Catholic sanctuary dedicated to the Black Madonna whose relic is kept into the Temple.
