Trinity Court Building, also known as Trinity Commons is a structure at 68–76 Trinity Place, between Rector and Albany Streets, in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. It replaces a building on the site with the same name, constructed in 1927.{{Cite web|url=http://www.nyc-architecture.com/GON/GON095.htm|website=New York Architecture Images|title=Trinity Court Building (formerly known as American Bank Note Building)|access-date=March 15, 2018|url-status=dead|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180315195922/http://www.nyc-architecture.com/GON/GON095.htm|archive-date=March 15, 2018}} The 1927 building, in turn, had been erected to replace a structure built in 1879.

Trinity Church, which owns the site, had its offices and preschool in the 1927 building. In 2015, the church faced a choice of a $33 million renovation to bring it up to code, or to replace it with a new building at a cost of about $35 million. The vestry decided on the latter and tore the structure down. In its place, it planned to construct a new building with an address of 68-74 Trinity Place.

Originally, {{convert|310,000|sqft|m2}} of primarily luxury condominiums with a modern glass facade was planned. Due to community opposition the plans were changed, with a smaller commercial building incorporating community-friendly uses. The new design also uses bronzed aluminum to better fit in with the church and a preserved footbridge from the previous building, and incorporates stained glass and terra cotta embellishments salvaged form the 1927 edifice.{{Cite news|url=https://newyorkyimby.com/2016/10/new-mixed-use-tower-revealed-at-74-trinity-place-financial-district.html|title=New Mixed-Use Tower Revealed at 74 Trinity Place, Financial District|last=Fedak|first=Nikolai|date=October 24, 2016|work=New York YIMBY|access-date=March 15, 2018}}{{Cite web|last=Shulz|first=Dana|date=October 18, 2017|url=https://www.6sqft.com/construction-kicks-off-on-trinity-churchs-pelli-clarke-pelli-designed-community-center-and-office-tower/|title=Construction kicks off on Trinity Church's Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed community center and office tower|website=6sqft|access-date=March 15, 2018}} The third building, known as Trinity Commons, topped out in 2018{{Cite web|last=Young|first=Michael|date=2018-11-27|title="Trinity Commons" Officially Tops-Out 424 Feet Above The Financial District at 74 Trinity Place|url=https://newyorkyimby.com/2018/11/trinity-commons-officially-tops-out-424-feet-above-the-financial-district-at-74-trinity-place.html|access-date=2020-10-01|website=New York YIMBY|language=en-US}} and opened in 2021.{{Cite web|last=Young|first=Michael|date=2020-09-29|title=Trinity Commons on Track for 2021 Opening at 74 Trinity Place in the Financial District|url=https://newyorkyimby.com/2020/09/74-trinity-place-aka-trinity-commons-on-track-to-open-next-year-in-financial-district.html|access-date=2020-10-01|website=New York YIMBY|language=en-US}}
