Club career

Under the guidance of player-coach Ștefan Cârjan he helped Unirea Tricolor win the Divizia A title in the 1940–41 season, contributing with two goals scored in seven matches, also in the same season he helped the club reach the 1941 Cupa României final in which he played all the minutes in the 4–3 loss in front of Rapid București.{{cite web|url=https://www.romaniansoccer.ro/menu_items/champions.shtml|title=Romania National Champions |publisher=RomanianSoccer|access-date=26 February 2023}}{{cite web|url=https://www.romaniansoccer.ro/romanian_cup/1940_1941.shtml|title=Romanian Cup - Season 1940 - 1941|publisher=RomanianSoccer|accessdate=4 April 2020}} In 1946, Paraschiva went to play for Jiul Petroșani, a club where he would spend 10 seasons, in the one from 1947–48 he scored a personal record of 15 goals, then in the following edition he netted 14 goals which helped the team finish third. He then went to play for Minerul Lupeni in Divizia B, helping it promote to Divizia A in his second season where on 15 November 1959 he made his last appearance in a 7–0 away loss in front of Progresul București, having a total of 238 matches played with 71 goals scored in the competition.
International career
Tudor Paraschiva played six games and scored two goals at international level for Romania, making his debut on 11 May 1952 under coach Emerich Vogl in a friendly which ended with a 3–1 victory against Czechoslovakia in which he opened the score.{{cite web|url=https://eu-football.info/_player.php?id=16017|title=Tudor Paraschiva|publisher=European Football|access-date=11 December 2021}}{{cite web|url=https://eu-football.info/_match.php?id=14265|title=Romania 3-1 Czechoslovakia|publisher=European Football|access-date=11 December 2021}} His following appearance for the national team was also in a friendly, a 1–0 victory against Poland in which he scored the goal. Managerial career
