Tufted Puffin Rock

Tufted Puffin Rock (Russian: Остров Топорков, Ostrov Toporkov) is a flat, rocky islet of the Commander Islands in the North Pacific Ocean, east of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Eastern Russia.{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=ozbS_6zJK7MC&dq=Kamen+Toporkov&pg=PA34|title=Sailing Directions (enroute) East Coast of Russia|date=1995|publisher=Defense Mapping Agency, Hydrographic/Topographic Center|language=en}} These islands belong to the Kamchatka Krai of the Russian Federation. The islet gets its name from the Tufted puffins that use the islet as a breeding ground.
