UDisc ({{IPAc-en|j|u|d|ɪ|s|k}}) is a disc golf app for scorekeeping, statistics, and discovery for smartphones and tablet computers running the Android or iOS operating system. The app is also compatible with Android's Wear OS and Apple Watch.{{Cite web|url=https://medium.com/udisc/a-perfect-fit-udisc-for-wear-os-5890838966e8|title=A Perfect Fit: UDisc for Wear OS|last=Krueger|first=Matt|date=2018-11-15|website=Medium|language=en|access-date=2020-01-22}}{{Cite web|url=https://allthingsdiscgolf.com/udisc-gains-apple-watch-support/|title=UDisc gains Apple Watch support|last=Parcell|first=Zach|date=2015-06-01|website=All Things Disc Golf|language=en-US|access-date=2020-01-22}}

It gives access to an extensive community-driven course directory with user-submitted course condition updates, hole-by-hole navigation information about course layouts, and a chronological list of local PDGA-sanctioned events. Users can track the rounds they played, measure throws, track various performance metrics, and compete in worldwide leaderboards.{{Cite web|url=https://udisc.com/blog/post/udisc-major-update-scoring-and-stats|title=UDisc Major Update - Scoring and Stats|last=Lichti|first=Josh|date=2018-06-04|website=Release Point - The UDisc Blog|access-date=2020-01-22}}

The app can be downloaded and used for free, but an optional in-app paid subscription to UDisc Pro unlocks more features.

History

The app was developed by Matthew Krueger and Josh Lichti, and initially released in 2012. In 2018, the PDGA partnered with UDisc and announced that "members who are current in 2019 will receive a free UDisc Pro subscription that includes unlimited scoring, statistics, and automatic scorecard syncing with friends." Starting 2022, UDisc Pro will not be included with PDGA memberships.{{Cite web|url=https://www.pdga.com/news/udisc-now-official-app-pdga|title=UDisc: The Official App Of The PDGA|last=Hill|first=Steve|date=2018-10-16|website=Professional Disc Golf Association|language=en|access-date=2020-01-22}}{{Cite web|url=https://www.pdga.com/pdga-partners-udisc-2018-national-tour-and-pro-worlds|title=PDGA Partners with UDisc for 2018 National Tour and Pro Worlds|last=Gregoire|first=Matt|date=2017-12-07|website=Professional Disc Golf Association|language=en|access-date=2020-01-22}}{{Cite web|date=2021-10-10|title=How do I get my free subscription to UDisc Pro?|url=https://www.pdga.com/faq/membership/how-do-i-get-my-free-subscription-udisc-pro|url-status=live|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211010020300/https://www.pdga.com/faq/membership/how-do-i-get-my-free-subscription-udisc-pro|archive-date=2021-10-10|access-date=2021-10-10|website=Professional Disc Golf Association}}
