Ulf Johan Owe Sandegren (born 21 February 1964) is a Swedish fencer.{{cite web | url=https://www.olympedia.org/athletes/23449 | title=Olympedia – Ulf Sandegren }} He competed in the épée events at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympics, both times finishing 8th in the team épée, and 46th in the individual épée at the 1992 Olympics.

Sandgren represented Djurgårdens IF.
