Ulz River ({{langx|mn|Улз гол}}, {{langx|ru|Улдза|Uldza}}) is a river in Mongolia, which partially flows in Transbaikal, Russia, within the Daursky Nature Reserve. It flows into the Barun-Torey (:ru:Барун-Торей) lake.[http://ez.chita.ru/encycl/concepts/?id=2650 Улдза], Encyclopedia of Transbaikal[http://web.archive.org/web/20120611091905/http://medeelel.mn/index.php?page=land&sm=73&s=1341 Гол мөрөн. Улз гол]

At about 20km before the mouth a branch to the right is split named {{ill|Teliin Gol|ceb|Teliin Gol (suba)}} (телийн гол) (which until 2013 was dry for many years[http://daurzapoved.com/index.php/ru/novosti/nauka/337-poslednyaya-ekspeditsiya-polevogo-sezona-2013 Последняя экспедиция полевого сезона-2013]) which delivers water into the river Шуду-Гол (Shudu Gol), which sinks into the lake Khökh Nuur.

Usage

In 2014, around 0.5 million m3 of water was withdrawn from the river for livestock and industrial use.{{cite web|date=July 2020|url=https://www.adb.org/sites/default/files/institutional-document/618776/mongolia-country-water-security-assessment_0.pdf|title=Overview of Mongolia's Water Resources System and Management|website=Asian Development Bank|access-date=5 April 2025}}
