Umar Mustafa Al Muntasir ({{langx|ar|عمر مصطفى المنتصر}}) (1939 – 23 January 2001) was secretary of the General People's Committee (Prime Minister) of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya{{cite web |title=Libya (07/94) |url=https://2009-2017.state.gov/outofdate/bgn/libya/7486.htm |website=state.gov |access-date=10 April 2024}} from 1 March 1987 to 7 October 1990.{{cite web |title=Libya.
