Urgnano (Bergamasque: {{lang|lmo|Örgnà}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about {{convert|45|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} south of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,704 and an area of {{convert|14.0|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.

The municipality of Urgnano contains the frazione (subdivision) Basella. Among the churches in the town are Santissima Trinità and the parish church of Santi Nazario e Celso.

Urgnano borders the following municipalities: Cavernago, Cologno al Serio, Comun Nuovo, Ghisalba, Spirano, Zanica.
