I resign as administrator and editor of the English Wikipedia. After 18 years, it has become clear to me that there are significant disagreements between where this site is going and where I believe it needs to go. Considering that I need to be spending less time on Wikipedia due to a career and personal life, it seems better to part ways and move on.   • Sock disclosure: User:Rschen7754 public is my public account, and User:Rschen7754bot was my bot account (now inactive). Another account has been disclosed to the Arbitration Committee (and stewards), and is blocked as a doppleganger. I also sometimes operate :c:User:HWY Shield Bot but it as of now has not edited the English Wikipedia.
