About Me

I am John Meyer, a married father of two boys and a software engineer/web developer, originally from Colonia, New Jersey, currently living in Winter Garden, Florida. My wife, Carole, is originally from Sonsonate, El Salvador.

I'm a certified sports official for USA Triathlon and the FHSAA (for football). As a fan I also enjoy watching auto racing (sports cars and open wheel, but not stock cars), ice hockey, soccer, and baseball.

I have an amateur radio Amateur Extra License. Related interests include space weather, radio propagation, SKYWARN, and ARES.

My other hobbies/pastimes include DSLR photography (with my Nikon D5100), science fiction, and Lego.
