Unsigned generator is a user script, which automatically produces wikitext for Template:Unsigned or Template:Unsigned IP on pages of diffs and permalinks. This script is useful for cases when User:Andrybak/Scripts/Unsigned helper doesn't find the correct link.

How to use

  1. Locate an unsigned comment
  2. Find the correct diff or permalink for the chosen unsigned comment. Use the following tools to help:
  3. * WikiBlame
  4. * Extension:RevisionSlider aka "Browse history interactively"
  5. On the diff's/permalink's page, click the link "Unsigned gen" in the sidebar "Tools" (Vector 2022) or menu "More" (Vector 2010)
  6. Copy the code which appears in a text field just below tabs and "{{int:difference-title|<page title>}}"
